| Our Quality Control and Processes: |
| All units are built to the customer specification and electrically tested using state of the art test equipment. Where required, special test boards are manufactured on site with mating connectors and headers so any connector used on the custom assembly can be fully tested. A 100% electrical test is performed on each assembly whereever possible. In addition, we perform hi-pot testing and computerized pin assignment tests where required. As a process check, we establish a sampling plan to conduct statistically significant pull tests. |
| All work is controlled with detailed drawings, work instructions and quality control test plans. As required by the customer, we can also supply SPC data and FMEAs upon request. All process certification documents are readily available in English. All Engineering data is exchanged via CAD and manufacturing orders and routings are tracked through an EDP system. |
| A highly trained engineering staff certifies manufacturing processes, designs custom cables to customer specifications, provides cost reduction alternatives and conducts sourcing evaluations and certifications. |

| Our assembly services combine our materials management expertise with the manufacturing competency of a contract manufacture. Our assembly services and quality systems provide a flexible manufacturing strategy that can support both pilot production and production requirements. |
