cost sources in China, India and Vietnam. Our engineering personnel in each
country certify each supplier prior to releasing an RFQ, thereby ensuring that
our clients only receive quotations based on high quality dependable
suppliers.

CNC Machining:
  • Our CNC suppliers are equipped with a wide range of CNC turning and milling centers. Lathes can hold
    close tolerances and surface finishes on diameters up to 8 inches and lengths up to 19 inches. We are
    capable of processing bar feed, chuck work and face plate jobs. CNC milling utilizes two and four axis
    capabilities and have a typical work envelope of 28 inches square, with a three-axis precision of .0005 of an
    inch. The ideal milled 4 sided parts is 9.75" cube.
